  • One stand 18 m2(6 x 3 mt);

3. Conference Dinner Sponsor, or

  • Company acknowledgement in registration brochure;
  • Company sign (supplied by you) displayed during the Conference Dinner;
  • Introduction to guests during dinner;

  • Company logo on web site;
  • One complimentary full Conference registration.
4. Coffee Breack Sponsor Euro  1,500
  • Company acknowledgement as a sponsor in the Conference program/handbook;
  • Company logo on website;
  • Company sign (supplied by you) prominently displayed during your sponsored coffee breack.

How to Book and Details of Payment Deadlines


Sponsorship

In order to confirm your sponsorship, we request you to fill the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration form and to pay fifty percent (50%) deposit payment by March 15th. The balance payment will be required by April 15th 2010.

Exhibition

Early booking is necessary, as space is limited, and booths will be allocated strictly in order of the date the deposit payment and application to exhibit form is received. In order to confirm your exhibition space, we request you to fill the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration form and to pay fifty percent (50%) deposit payment by March 15th. The balance payment will be required by April 15th 2010. 

Exhibition options:

Further to sponsorship options, the Naples Pain Conference offers exhibition stands under the following conditions:

  • Exhibition stand 2 x 3 m2  : Euro 1000,00 plus vat
  • Exhibition stand 4 x 3 m2 : Euro  1700,00 plus vat
  • Exhibition stand 4 x 5 m2 : Euro   2200,00 plus vat

 It is also possible to book the following services:

  • Stand set up:  Euro 100,00/m2/day plus vat
  • Hostess service: Euro 150,00/day plus vat

Cancellation Policy

In the event of withdrawal of sponsorship/exhibition booth booking, please be advised that unless that particular area of sponsorship/exhibition is resold, the Conference reserves the right to retain deposit monies received.
